Each PlayStation Movie and TV Show that is developed by DevelopmentSony is creating a lot of PlayStation-related films as well as TV shows. Over the last couple of several years Sony is accelerating its recently formed PlayStation Productions. The production house is currently working on at most 7 known projects, several that are beyond the early stages of being something that could be merely a thought on whiteboards.
Some of these have already been shot, some are gearing up to shoot some are currently at the stage of scripting and you'll get the picture. In all likelihood, PlayStation is extremely committed to this project and this can't be mentioned about many other studios who are trying to adapt video games.
PlayStation Productions released its first project in the last quarter of this year with that long-awaited Uncharted. The film adaptation of Naughty Dog's cult game has been in process for more than a decade, and has had discussions with a variety of writers, directors and actors.
The final film starred with Tom Holland in the role of Nathan Drake and although the film was not a big hit with criticsbut it did pull in some decent cash at the box-office and promises an unfinished sequel, meaning it's likely more live action Nathan Drake adventures are on the horizon at some point D2R ladder items buy. The possibility of a future Uncharted sequel is far from the only thing Sony can do however.
